7 Strawberry & Creamy Smoothie Recipes

7 Strawberry & Creamy Smoothie Recipes

Strawberries are a classic smoothie ingredient. They mix well with most fruits, add vibrant color and provide sweet flavors that can cool the heat of summer instantly. They are also a very nutritious fruit with the ability to remove harmful toxins in the blood.

Your smoothie will be a lot more delicious if freshly picked strawberries are used. Strawberries that are frozen, however, are still used as the main ingredient in some smoothies. If it’s required to use frozen ones, you may freeze your freshly picked strawberries and it will work the same way. Strawberry smoothies also go great with strawberry ice cream and yogurt.

Do you have your own favorite strawberry-based smoothie recipe? Share them with us! For the meantime, here are seven of my favorites. These concoctions are healthy, fast and mostly fat-free.
