Apple Apricot Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc peeled, chopped & cored apple (Golden Delicious)
4 pcs fresh apricots, pitted and skinned (optional)
1 cup of apple juice
3/4 cup of vanilla or plain yogurt (nonfat)
1 pc of banana, skin peeled off
10-12 cubes of ice
1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions:
Put all of your ingredients inside your blender then process until you have a smoothie consistency. Serve in tall glasses.
