Apple Banana Soy Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs bananas (ripe), halved & peeled
2 pcs cored, peeled & quartered apples
2 tbsps sugar
10 fl oz (300 ml.) non-fat yogurt
15 fl oz (400 ml.) soya milk, organic
Instructions:
Place your ingredients inside your blender then process for about 1 min. Serve in tall glasses.
