Apple Berry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 c of orange juice
1/4 c of almonds
1 c of apple cider (fresh)
4 to 6 pcs. strawberries (stems should be left on)
1 c of frozen banana yogurt (fat-free & sugar flavored)
2 tbsps of wheat germ

Instructions:

Put all your ingredients in the blender and process until you achieve a smoothie consistency. Serve in tall glasses. Makes three servings.
