Apple Coconut Ginger Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pinch of grated coconut OR 1 tbsp of coconut milk
1/4 cup of apple juice
1/4 tsp of peeled & grated fresh ginger root
1/2 of a banana
1/2 cup of ice, crushed
Instructions:
Place your ingredients in your blender and blend until a smoothie consistency is achieved. Serve.
