Apple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups of applesauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup (Vermont)
1 cup of juice (orange)
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup of apple cider
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix together all your ingredients into your blender then process it until you achieve a smooth consistency. Serve using your tall glasses. This makes two glasses of apple smoothie.
