Tropical Tofu Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of vanilla-flavored yogurt (reduced-sugar, fat-free)
1 whole banana
1 c of skim milk
Tofu (soft); cut into 3″ cubes
1 c of strawberries
3/4 c of blueberries

Blueberry Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of blueberries (frozen); thawed slightly
1 c of pineapple-orange juice (chilled)

3/4 c pineapple concentrate (chilled)
1 c strawberries (fresh)
1 banana (ripe)

Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole banana (frozen); cut into chunks

1/4 cantaloupe; sliced into pcs

Tropical Paradise Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of banana slices (medium)
1 c of tube ice
3/4 c of pineapple; cut into small cubes
1/2 c of vanilla-flavored yogurt (fat-free, frozen)
1 Tbsp of coconut; sweetened, flaked
1.5 c of pineapple-orange juice
Instructions:
Combine ingredients altogether (in a blender). Process on high-speed setting ’til smooth and creamy.

Cantaloupe Smoothie Recipe I
Ingredients:
1 whole banana (ripe)
1/4 cantaloupe (ripe)
1/2 cup of yogurt (non-fat)
1.5 Tbsps of orange-juice concentrate
2 tsps of honey
2 Tbsps of skim milk powder
Instructions:
Freeze banana (unpeeled) overnight. The following day – take out banana and allow tosit at room temperature ’til skin softens. Remove skin, and slice banana to large cubes. Put it inside the osterizer.
Remove seeds from cantaloupe. Remove cantaloupe skin from its flesh. Slice flesh to large cubes. Add it to the banana; and then add other ingredients. Process on high speed ’til smooth.

Banana Soy Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of soy milk
1 tbsp extract of vanilla
4 pcs of frozen bananas
1 tbsp of honey
1/2 c of silken & soft tofu
1 tbsp of carob powder
Instructions:
Mix together tofu and soy in your blender. Next, add in carob flour, extract of vanilla, honey and bananas then process until you have achieved a smoothie consistency. Serve.

Pina Colada Slush Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of pineapple (fresh); cubed
1.5 c of chilled pineapple juice;
1/4 c of coconut cream
1 c of tube ice
1 c of vanilla yogurt (frozen, fat-free)
Instructions:
Freeze pineapple for about an hour. When done, allow it to sit at room temperature for approximately 10 mins. Blend juice together with coconut cream for about 15 seconds.
While the machine is running, add in the pineapple, followed by ice. Process ’til smooth.

1.5 c of watermelon; seed removed & chopped
1.5 c of honeydew melon; seed removed & chopped
1 c of yogurt (nonfat, vanilla)

Ingredients:
1 pc of banana (ripe), chopped
1 to 2 tsps of honey
2 tbsps of low-fat yogurt (natural)
180 ml of cold low-fat/soy milk
A dash of nutmeg
Instructions:
Put all your ingredients aside from the nutmeg inside your blender then process until a smoothie consistency is achieved. Serve in tall glasses and finish with a sprinkling of nutmeg as desired.
Also try to add 1 tbsp of almonds (slivered) when processing your smoothie.
