Bahama Mama Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 c of tropical blend (V-8 splash/any citrus & pineapple mix)
1/2 of a banana
1/4 c of tofu
1/4 c of plain yogurt (non-fat)
Frozen mango, pineapple & strawberry water or soy milk for consistency/taste
Optional ingredients:
1 tbsp wheat germ/ 4 to 5 almonds
3 to 4 carrots (baby kind)
Instructions:
Place all your ingredients inside your blender and process until you have achieved a smoothie consistency. Serve in tall glasses.
