Banana Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of blueberries
2 pcs of bananas
1 c of yogurt (plain)
Instructions:
Bananas should be peeled & sliced then placed on your cookie/baking sheet. Store them inside your freezer until they have frozen solid. Take out of the freezer then put them in the blender.
Cut your berries in half then add them to your blender too. Next, add in the yogurt and continue to blend them until a smoothie consistency is achieved. Serve in tall glasses.
