Banana Coffee Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

2 pcs peeled small & frozen bananas, sliced
1 (8-ounce) container of low fat yogurt (coffee flavor)
1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, ground
1.5 c of skim milk
A pinch of nutmeg, ground

Instructions:

Mix together all your ingredients in the blender. Process until you have achieved a smoothie consistency. Serve in glasses and if you want you can put mint leaves or freshly sliced bananas as garnishings.
