Ingredients:

1 pc of banana
A bunch of fresh strawberries
1/2 c of milk
1 c of yogurt (vanilla flavored)
1/2 c of OJ
Cubed ice

Instructions:

Combine together all your ingredients inside your blender and process until smooth. Makes three servings.
