Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of blueberries (frozen)
Yogurt (8 oz, fat-free)
Skim milk
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether. Take note that smoothie will have a malt-like consistency since frozen berries were used. If plain regular yogurt was used, add some sugar. You may also use vanilla.
