Breakfast Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole banana
1/2 c of orange juice
6 to 7 strawberries (frozen)
4 to 5 peaches (frozen); sliced
5 to 6 blueberries (frozen)
6 to 7 tube ice
Mint (fresh)
1 tsp of honey
A dash of nutmeg
Instructions:
Process all of the ingredients altogether on high setting using a blender – except for the ice. Add in the ice, then blend agin. Top with a sprig of mint.
