Cantaloupe Smoothie Recipe I
Ingredients:
1 whole banana (ripe)
1/4 cantaloupe (ripe)
1/2 cup of yogurt (non-fat)
1.5 Tbsps of orange-juice concentrate
2 tsps of honey
2 Tbsps of skim milk powder
Instructions:
Freeze banana (unpeeled) overnight. The following day – take out banana and allow tosit at room temperature ’til skin softens. Remove skin, and slice banana to large cubes. Put it inside the osterizer.
Remove seeds from cantaloupe. Remove cantaloupe skin from its flesh. Slice flesh to large cubes. Add it to the banana; and then add other ingredients. Process on high speed ’til smooth.
