Berry Delicious Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 c of orange juice
1/2 c of yogurt (low-fat, plain)
1/6 c of raspberries; rinsed, stems removed
1/6 c of blackberries; rinsed, stems removed
1/6 c of blueberries; rinsed, stems removed
Honey
Instructions:
Rinse the berries. Discard the stems. Blend all ingredients at high setting ’til frothy.

Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of berries (frozen), any kind will do
1 (6 ounce) container of yogurt, non-fat and any flavor will do
1 c of milk (skim)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients inside your blender and process until a smoothie consistency is achieved. It is also ok to add some banana slices if desired. Makes one serving of smoothie.

Power Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of strawberries (fresh)
1 vanilla yogurt (8 oz)
2/3 c of oats; uncooked
Sugar
1 c of tube ice
1 c of cranberry juice
Instructions:
Process ingredients (in a blender) altogether on high-speed setting for about 30 seconds. Add in ice gradually, and then blend again ’til creamy.

Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen)
1/2 papaya (fresh)
11-12 raspberries (fresh)
1/2 cup of water
Instructions:

Berry Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 sm peeled banana, sliced & frozen
1 c of OJ
1/4 c of frozen/fresh asstd berries
3 tbsps of vanilla flavored yogurt (low fat)
Fresh sliced strawberries for garnish
Instructions:
Mix together all your ingredients in your blender then process until a smoothie consistency is achieved. Serve in glasses and garnish with the strawberry slices. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/2 c of yogurt (non-fat, plain)
1/2 c of tangerine juice
1 Tbsps of sugar
1/2 c of strawberries (unsweetened, frozen); unthawed

Combine ingredients altogether (in a blender). Process on high-speed setting ’til creamy and smooth.

Berry Blast Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of raspberries (frozen)
1/2 c of strawberries (frozen)
1 c of raspberry sherbet
1.5 c of lemonade
1 c of apple juice
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether for half a minute using the “mix” setting. Afterward, switch setting to “smooth” ’til mixture becomes smooth. Use stirrer to facilitate blending, if needed. Serve at once.
