1 pc of peach (frozen)
10 pcs of blueberries (frozen)
1 c of yogurt (vanilla, frozen, sugar-free, fat-free)
1/2 Tbsp of pecan; crushed
1/2 c of milk
1/4 tsp of vanilla (extract)
1/2 tsp of salt

1/2 banana

Ingredients:
1 c of yogurt (peach, frozen, fat-free)
1/2 c of honeydew melon
1/2 c of strawberries
1/2 c of cantaloupe
1 c skim milk
4 tube ice
Instructions:
Place milk, strawberries and milk in the blender. Process for approximately half a minute to 45 seconds on high-speed setting. When done, add the cantaloupe, ice and melon. Blend it on high-speed ’til smoothie consistency is reached.

Ingredients:
1/2 c of strawberries; sliced
2 pcs of apples; skinned, cut & seedless
1/2 c of peaches
3/4 c of apple juice (natural)
3/4 c of orange juice (natural)
1/2 c of blueberries
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth. Serve at once. Juices must be natural (not concentrate).

Mega Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bananas; skinned & chopped
1 mango; skinned, seed removed & chopped
2 carrots (medium); chopped
2 c of tube ice
1 c of yogurt
1 Tbsp of honey
8 strawberries (large)
Instructions:
Place ingredients altogether in a large bowl – except for ice and honey. Lightly toss to mix. Fill the blender w/ fruit mix ’til half-full. Add in 1/2 of the honey.
Add 1/2 of the ice. Cover. Process on high-speed ’til smooth. Add the remaining fruit mix; and add the remaining honey. Add remaining ice. Process again ’til smoothie consistency is reached.

Peanut Butter Sundae Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 Tbsps of honey
1/3 c of milk
3 c of milk (vanilla ice)
1/4 tsp of wheat germ
1/4 c of peanut butter
Instructions:
Place honey, peanut-butter and some of the milk in a small pan. Place it on low heat. Stir constantly ’til mixed well and once peanut-butter melts.
Stir remaining ingredients (wheat germ’ and remaining ice milk) into the mixture. Let it cool for a couple of minutes. Chill and then serve.

Ingredients:
2 c nonfat frozen yogurt (vanilla flavor)
3/4 c applesauce (unsweetened)
1/4 c of chilled apple juice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 c of peeled & diced apples
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
Instructions:
Mix together apple juices, applesauce & yogurt in your blender. Next, add in nutmeg, apples and cinnamon then process everything until you have a smoothie consistency. Serve.
