Apple Maple Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup of apple cider
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup of OJ
2 cup of applesauce
2 tbsps of maple syrup (Vermont)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Instructions:
Mix your ingredients inside your blender then process until you have a smooth consistency. Best served in tall glasses.

3/4 c of yogurt (non-fat)
1/2 papaya (medium); skinned, seeded
1 tsp of lime juice
3-4 tube ice

1 & 1/4 cups of milk (skim)

1 whole banana

6 to 7 strawberries (frozen)
