Saint Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3 nectarines; skinned
2 pcs of bananas slices
1 c of vanilla-flavored yogurt (non-fat)
Ice; crushed
2 Tbsps of grenadine
Instructions:
Put the bananas and nectarines inside the blender together with yogurt. Process ’til smooth and creamy. Fill up 1/4 of tall glasses with ice. Pour grenadine over, followed by smoothie.

Banana Peanut Butter Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
8 ozs milk (skim)
2 packets of any sugar substitutes/Sweet N’ Low
1 tablespoon peanut butter (reduced fat)
1/3 of a small-sized banana
5 pcs of cubed ice
Instructions:
Mix together all the ingredients inside the blender and blend them until you have achieved a smooth consistency. Serve.

Apricot Mango Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
6 ozs reduced sugar & fat free yogurt (Apricot-Mango flavor)
1/2 of a banana
5 to 6 pcs of canned halves of apricots
1 c of lemonade (Crystal Light)
Instructions:
Place all your ingredients inside your blender. Process until it smoothens out. Serve in glasses.

Apple Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of apple syrup (sugarfree)
2 scoops of VegeFuel
1/4 c of cinnamon syrup (sugarfree)
1.5 c of ice, crushed
1/4 c of heavy cream (opt.)
Instructions:
Mix all your ingredients in a blender and blend just until you achieve a smoothie consistency. Serve in tall glasses.

Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 whole banana (frozen); cut into chunks
1/2 cup of yogurt (non-fat)
2 Tbsps of powdered milk
2 tsps of honey
1.5 Tbsps orange-juice concentrate
1/4 cantaloupe; sliced into pcs
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether on high speed ’til smooth; then serve at once.

Cantaloupe Smoothie Recipe I
Ingredients:
1 whole banana (ripe)
1/4 cantaloupe (ripe)
1/2 cup of yogurt (non-fat)
1.5 Tbsps of orange-juice concentrate
2 tsps of honey
2 Tbsps of skim milk powder
Instructions:
Freeze banana (unpeeled) overnight. The following day – take out banana and allow tosit at room temperature ’til skin softens. Remove skin, and slice banana to large cubes. Put it inside the osterizer.
Remove seeds from cantaloupe. Remove cantaloupe skin from its flesh. Slice flesh to large cubes. Add it to the banana; and then add other ingredients. Process on high speed ’til smooth.
