Sparkling Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of yogurt (plain)
2 cup of fruit (fresh); chopped
Pinch of nutmeg; grated
2/3 cup of champagne (ice-cold)
Sprigs of mint

Instructions:

Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth. Top with a sprig of mint. Serve at once.

Apple Maple Smoothie Recipe


Apple Maple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of apple cider
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup of OJ
2 cup of applesauce
2 tbsps of maple syrup (Vermont)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions:

Mix your ingredients inside your blender then process until you have a smooth consistency. Best served in tall glasses.

Apple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

2 cups of applesauce
2 tablespoons maple syrup (Vermont)
1 cup of juice (orange)
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg
1 cup of apple cider
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon

Instructions:

Mix together all your ingredients into your blender then process it until you achieve a smooth consistency. Serve using your tall glasses. This makes two glasses of apple smoothie.

Pina Colada Smoothie Recipe I

Ingredients:

2.5 c of pineapple juice
5 Tbsps of coco milk
1/2 c of ice cream (vanilla)
1/2 banana chunks (frozen)
1.5 c of pineapple (frozen); cut into chunks

Instructions:

Blend ingredients altogether using “mix” speed for about half a minute and then at “smooth” setting ’til creamy. Serve at once.

Ingredients:

1 c of soya milk
1 banana (frozen)
Tube ice
1 Tbsp of coco milk
2 Tbsps dry milk (nonfat)
1 Tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 c of pineapple juice

Instructions:

Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth. Serve immediately.

Blend ingredients altogether on high speed ’til smooth. Add milk, as desired.

2 c of peach nectar
1 c of vanilla yogurt (frozen)
1 c of peach yogurt
1.5 c of peach (frozen); sliced
1/2 banana

Instructions:
