1 c strawberries (fresh)
1 banana (ripe)
Ice (crushed)

Instructions:

Blend ingredients altogether on high speed ’til creamy. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

1 c of banana slices (medium)
1 c of tube ice
3/4 c of pineapple; cut into small cubes
1/2 c of vanilla-flavored yogurt (fat-free, frozen)
1 Tbsp of coconut; sweetened, flaked
1.5 c of pineapple-orange juice

Instructions:

Combine ingredients altogether (in a blender). Process on high-speed setting ’til smooth and creamy.

1/4-1/2 tsp of ginger root (fresh); grated
