Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of berries (frozen), any kind will do
1 (6 ounce) container of yogurt, non-fat and any flavor will do
1 c of milk (skim)
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients inside your blender and process until a smoothie consistency is achieved. It is also ok to add some banana slices if desired. Makes one serving of smoothie.

Tangerine Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of yogurt (non-fat, plain)
1/2 c of tangerine juice
1 Tbsps of sugar
1/2 c of strawberries (unsweetened, frozen); unthawed
Instructions:
Combine ingredients altogether (in a blender). Process on high-speed setting ’til creamy and smooth.

Banana Oat Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pckt of Regular-flavored oatmeal (Instant)
1 pc banana, sliced
1 c of milk
1 c of OJ
Instructions:
Mix together all the ingredients inside the blender. Process at high settings for about 1 minute. Serve in glasses.

Healthy Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 cup of yogurt
1 cup of grapes
1 apple
1-2 bananas (small)
1 bale wheat; shredded
12 pcs of walnuts
1 cup of orange juice
Instructions:
Process ingredients altogether in high-speed ’til smooth. Just add and/or lessen the use of each ingredient as desired.

Ingredients:
2 c of ‘carrot juice’
6 ozs of vanilla (non-fat); or frozen yogurt (plain)
1/2 c of ‘apple juice’
1 pc of banana

Ingredients:
1/4 c of cherry syrup (sugar-free)
1/4 c of vanilla syrup (sugar-free)
1.5 c of ice (crushed)
2 scoops of VegeFuel

1 c of peaches; sliced
1/4 c of wheat germ
1 c of tube ice
1 c of yogurt (vanilla , low-fat)

1 c of blueberries
1/8 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
1 c of vanilla soymilk (low-fat)

Healing Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 kiwi; skin removed
1/4 melon (or cantaloupe, with skin)
1 banana (ripe)
Instructions:
Cut the kiwi into large cubes. Remove the banana and melon from its skin. Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth. Serve at once. May add juice or milk while blending (optional).

Banana Soy Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of soy milk
1 tbsp extract of vanilla
4 pcs of frozen bananas
1 tbsp of honey
1/2 c of silken & soft tofu
1 tbsp of carob powder
Instructions:
Mix together tofu and soy in your blender. Next, add in carob flour, extract of vanilla, honey and bananas then process until you have achieved a smoothie consistency. Serve.
