Power Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of strawberries (fresh)
1 vanilla yogurt (8 oz)
2/3 c of oats; uncooked
Sugar
1 c of tube ice
1 c of cranberry juice
Instructions:
Process ingredients (in a blender) altogether on high-speed setting for about 30 seconds. Add in ice gradually, and then blend again ’til creamy.

Orange Smoothie Recipe I
Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen); cut into 1/2 inch cubes
1 tsp of vanilla
2 pcs of oranges; skinned & sliced
2 Tbsp of yogurt
1/4 cup of orange juice
Instructions:
Combine ingredients altogether in a blender. Process in high speed ’til smooth and creamy.

Apple Coconut Ginger Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pinch of grated coconut OR 1 tbsp of coconut milk
1/4 cup of apple juice
1/4 tsp of peeled & grated fresh ginger root
1/2 of a banana
1/2 cup of ice, crushed
Instructions:

1 whole banana

Ingredients:
1 pc peeled, chopped & cored apple (Golden Delicious)
