Hawaiian Silk Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of soya milk
1 banana (frozen)
Tube ice
1 Tbsp of coco milk
2 Tbsps dry milk (nonfat)
1 Tbsp of maple syrup
1/2 c of pineapple juice
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth. Serve immediately.

Peanut Butter Power Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of tofu (silken)
1/2 c of soya milk
1/3 c of peanut butter (creamy)
2 pcs of bananas (frozen)
2 Tbsps of choco syrup
Instructions:
Process ingredients (in a blender) altogether on high speed ’til smooth.

Strawberry-Banana Tofu Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of vanilla yogurt (frozen, non-fat)
1 c of strawberries (fresh); sliced
1/2 c of soft tofu (4 oz); drained
1 whole banana; cut into chunks
1 tsp of honey
1/2 c tube ice
Whole berries (for garnish, fresh)
1/2 c of apple juice
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth – except for the ice. Halfway through process, drop the ice gradually. Continue blending ’til smooth.

Banana-Berry Power Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 of a small banana (ripe)
1/2 c of low fat & plain yogurt
1/4 c of strawberries, stemmed & sliced
Honey for sweetening
1/4 c of OJ
1.5 tbsp of protein powder (vanilla soy)
Instructions:
Put all your ingredients into your blender. Process at high settings until a smoothie consistency is achieved. Serve.

Ingredients:
1 banana; skin removed & chunked
1 c of milk
2 Tbsps of protein powder
2 Tbsps of wheat germ
3 walnuts (or pecans); chopped
1 c of honey Vanilla ice milk

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of banana
Reduced-calorie choco syrup (1-2 squirts, Hershey’s)
2 Tbsps peanut-butter
1 Tbsp of wheat-germ
6 ozs of soya milk
Instructions:
Puree softened choco bar in the blender. Add in ice-cream, ice and milk. Process ’til smooth.
