Peachy Blue Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of peach (frozen)
10 pcs of blueberries (frozen)
1 c of yogurt (vanilla, frozen, sugar-free, fat-free)
1/2 Tbsp of pecan; crushed
1/2 c of milk
1/4 tsp of vanilla (extract)
1/2 tsp of salt
Instructions:
Process ingredients (in a blender) altogether on high speed ’til smooth.

Strawberry Lemon Zing Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of strawberries (frozen)
1 c of strawberry yogurt
2 c of lemonade
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether using “mix” speed for about half a minute and then at “smooth” setting ’til creamy. Serve at once.

Ingredients:
1 c of vanilla soya milk
Silken tofu (5 oz); chilled & cut into cubes
2 c of strawberries (fresh)
1/2 tsp of vanilla
2 Tbsp of honey
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth. Serve at once.

Power Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen)
1/2 c of hulled strawberries
1/4 c of soya milk
Cinnamon
Instructions:
Combine ingredients altogether (in a blender). Process on high speed ’til smooth and creamy. Liquid may vary according to fruits’ juiceness.

Banana Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of yogurt (plain or any other flavor depending on your other ingredients)
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1/2 of a banana
1/4 cup of skim milk
Pinch of vanilla
4 pcs of cubed ice
Instructions:
Mix together all your ingredients in the blender and process until you achieve a smooth consistency. You can use fruits that are in their season too in exchange for the banana.

1 c of peaches slices; skinned
1/4 c of raspberries (fresh)
1 c of peach juice; chilled
1/2 yogurt (vanilla)
3 tube ice
