Pineapple Papaya Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of orange juice
1/4 c of pineapple; skinned, core removed & cubed
1/4 c of papaya (ripe); skinned, seed removed & chopped
Honey
1/2 c of tube ice
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether on high-speed setting ’til creamy. Serve immediately.

Cranberry Orange Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of cran-berry juice
1 Tbsp orange concentrate
1/2 c of raspberry-flavored sorbet
1.5 c orange segments
1.5 c fresh cherries or cranberries

Fruit Smoothie Recipe I
Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen); skin removed, halved
4-5 strawberries (frozen); removed stem
1 container of strawberry yogurt (6 oz)
Instructions:
Thaw strawberries and ananas for about 5-10 minutes. When done, place ingredients altogether in a blender and process in high speed ’til smooth.

Nectarine Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of strawberries; hulled
3/4 c of blueberries; washed & drained
1/3 c of milk powder (nonfat)
1 c of ice; crushed
1 nectarine; pitted

Yogurt Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1.5 c of vanilla-flavored yogurt (Dannon, fat-free)
1 pc of banana
3/4 c of peaches (frozen)
1 Tbsp of orange juice concentrate
1 strawberry (frozen)
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth. Serve at once.

Peach Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 peaches; (ripe)
2 c of yogurt (nonfat; plain)
3 Tbsps of brown sugar
1/4 tsp of cinnamon; ground
1 c of tube ice
Instructions:
Boil a quart of water in a two to three-quart casserole. Immerse the peaches in the boiled water for about 15 secs; and then drain.
Once peaches have cooled (approx. 1-2 mins), remove the skin and seed; and then slice into large cubes. Blend with remaining ingredients on high-speed ’til smooth.

Banana Spice Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of banana (ripe), chopped
1 to 2 tsps of honey
2 tbsps of low-fat yogurt (natural)
180 ml of cold low-fat/soy milk
A dash of nutmeg
Instructions:
Put all your ingredients aside from the nutmeg inside your blender then process until a smoothie consistency is achieved. Serve in tall glasses and finish with a sprinkling of nutmeg as desired.
Also try to add 1 tbsp of almonds (slivered) when processing your smoothie.
