Banana Lime Sublime Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tbsps coconut milk
2 c of limeade, store-bought/freshly made
1 pc banana, sliced
1 c of sherbet (lime flavored)
1 c of ice
Instructions:
Add in all your ingredients that are liquids inside your blender. Next, add in the frozen recipe ingredients. Process using MIX settings for about 30 secs. and then switch it to SMOOTH settings until a smoothie consistency is achieved.
Be sure to combine everything well and use the blender’s stirring stick if necessary. Serve right away. Makes 3 to 5 servings.

Berry Good Peach Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 c of apple juice
1/2 c of vanilla-flavored yogurt (non-fat)
1 c of peaches slices (fresh)
1/2 c of raspberries (frozen)
1.5 c of tube ice
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients together ’til smooth.

1 whole banana
1 c of blueberries (fresh)
1 c of strawberries (fresh)
Orange juice
Instructions:

Ingredients:
1 c of cran-berry juice
1 Tbsp orange concentrate
1/2 c of raspberry-flavored sorbet
1.5 c orange segments
1.5 c fresh cherries or cranberries
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether on high speed ’til smooth. Serve immediately.

3 kiwi; skinned
3/4 c of pineapple juice
1 c of banana (frozen); sliced
