Ingredients:
1.5 c of cranberry-raspberry juice
1.5 c of nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
2 c mixed frozen berries
Instructions:

Ingredients:
2 c of peach nectar
1 c of vanilla yogurt (frozen)
1 c of peach yogurt
1.5 c of peach (frozen); sliced
1/2 banana
Instructions:

Banana Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/4 cup of yogurt (plain or any other flavor depending on your other ingredients)
Pinch of ground cinnamon
1/2 of a banana
1/4 cup of skim milk
Pinch of vanilla
4 pcs of cubed ice
Instructions:
Mix together all your ingredients in the blender and process until you achieve a smooth consistency. You can use fruits that are in their season too in exchange for the banana.

Ingredients:
1.5 c of tropical blend (V-8 splash/any citrus & pineapple mix)
1/2 of a banana
1/4 c of tofu
1/4 c of plain yogurt (non-fat)
Frozen mango, pineapple & strawberry water or soy milk for consistency/taste
Optional ingredients:
1 tbsp wheat germ/ 4 to 5 almonds
3 to 4 carrots (baby kind)

Coffee Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 medium-sized bananas; skin removed, sliced, then frozen
1.5 c milk (skim)
1 container of coffee-flavored yogurt (8 ozs)

A dash of nutmeg (ground)
Banana; diced
A sprig of mint
Instructions:

Ingredients:
1 banana (frozen); skin removed, halved
4-5 strawberries (frozen); removed stem
1 container of strawberry yogurt (6 oz)

Peach Cinnamon Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 peaches; (ripe)
2 c of yogurt (nonfat; plain)
3 Tbsps of brown sugar
1/4 tsp of cinnamon; ground
1 c of tube ice
Instructions:
Boil a quart of water in a two to three-quart casserole. Immerse the peaches in the boiled water for about 15 secs; and then drain.
Once peaches have cooled (approx. 1-2 mins), remove the skin and seed; and then slice into large cubes. Blend with remaining ingredients on high-speed ’til smooth.

Pina Colada Slush Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 c of pineapple (fresh); cubed
1.5 c of chilled pineapple juice;
1/4 c of coconut cream
1 c of tube ice
1 c of vanilla yogurt (frozen, fat-free)
Instructions:
Freeze pineapple for about an hour. When done, allow it to sit at room temperature for approximately 10 mins. Blend juice together with coconut cream for about 15 seconds.
While the machine is running, add in the pineapple, followed by ice. Process ’til smooth.

Banana Spice Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pc of banana (ripe), chopped
1 to 2 tsps of honey
2 tbsps of low-fat yogurt (natural)
180 ml of cold low-fat/soy milk
A dash of nutmeg
Instructions:
Put all your ingredients aside from the nutmeg inside your blender then process until a smoothie consistency is achieved. Serve in tall glasses and finish with a sprinkling of nutmeg as desired.
Also try to add 1 tbsp of almonds (slivered) when processing your smoothie.
