Coffee Banana Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 medium-sized bananas; skin removed, sliced, then frozen
1.5 c milk (skim)
1 container of coffee-flavored yogurt (8 ozs)
1/4 tsp of cinnamon (ground)
A dash of nutmeg (ground)
Banana; diced
A sprig of mint
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether on high setting ’til smooth. Pour it into tall glasses. Top with diced bananas. Top diced banana with mint.
