16 ozs yogurt (strawberry or blueberry-flavored; low-fat)
1 & 1/4 cups of milk (skim)
3/4 cup of strawberries or blueberries (fresh or frozen)
3 Tbsps powdered milk
2 tsps of honey
Instructions;
Blend ingredients altogether on high setting ’til smooth.
