Ingredients:
1 banana; skin removed & chunked
1 c of milk
2 Tbsps of protein powder
2 Tbsps of wheat germ
3 walnuts (or pecans); chopped
1 c of honey Vanilla ice milk
Instructions:
Process ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth.
