Kiwi Lime Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 banana; peeled
1 tsp of lime juice
1/2 tsp of lime zest; grated
1 c of skim milk
1/4 c of part skim milk
Ricotta cheese
2 cubes of ice
2 peeled kiwi fruit
Instructions:
Slice banana and kiwi into chunks. Process ingredients altogether – except for Ricotta and milk – in high speed ’til smooth. When done, add the remaining ingredients and then blend for 5 to 10 minutes more.
