Lots O Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of yogurt (vanilla)
1/4-1/2 cup of milk
1/4-1/2 cup of fruit juice (preferably Dole)
1 melon.
Handful strawberries (fresh)
One slice of cantaloupe (4 to 5 inches)
1 kiwi
1 banana
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether on high speed ’til smooth. Serve immediately.
