Mango Ginger Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 pcs of ginger (1 oz); crystallized
2 mangoes (ripe), peeled & chopped
1 c of buttermilk (nonfat)
1 container yogurt (nonfat, vanilla, 8 oz)
Handful of tube ice
Instructions:
Blend ginger and mangoes ’til pureed. Pour in buttermilk. Add yogurt, followed by ice. Process ’til smoothie consistency is reached.
