Mango Smoothie Recipe II
Ingredients:
1 mango (ripe); skinned, chopped, pitted
3/4 c of milk; chilled & skim
3/4 tsp of vanilla (extract)
3 tube ice
Sprigs of mint (fresh)
Pinch of salt
1/4 c of yogurt (nonfat, vanilla)
Instructions:
Process ingredients altogether – except for the mint – in high speed ’til smooth. Top w/ mint.
