Power Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1 c of strawberries (fresh)
1 vanilla yogurt (8 oz)
2/3 c of oats; uncooked
Sugar
1 c of tube ice
1 c of cranberry juice
Instructions:
Process ingredients (in a blender) altogether on high-speed setting for about 30 seconds. Add in ice gradually, and then blend again ’til creamy.
