Power Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1/2 c yogurt
1/2 c fruit juice (i.e. orange, cranberry)
1 Tbsp soy protein powder
1 Tbsp molasses
1 tsp wheat germ
Instructions:
Combine ingredients altogether (in a blender). Process on high-speed setting ’til smooth and creamy.
