Quick Start Breakfast Drink Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
2 bananas (ripe, medium); sliced & skinned
2 cartons of yogurt (vanilla, 8 oz)
1 cup of strawberries (fresh)
1/4 cup of wheat germ
1 Tbsp of vanilla-flavored extract
2 cup of pineapple juice
Instructions:
Process ingredients (in a blender) altogether on high speed ’til smooth.
