Wake & Shake Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
3/4 c of yogurt (non-fat)
1/2 papaya (medium); skinned, seeded
1 tsp of lime juice
3-4 tube ice
1/2 banana
3/4 c of orange juice
Instructions:
Blend ingredients altogether in high speed ’til smooth. Serve at once.
